国内上市药品说明书征集任务 现向广大的同行征集药品说明书，共有2个任务，具体要求如下： 任务一：药智网药品说明书数据库（http://db.yaozh.com/instruct）中未收载品种 1.要求药品说明书是数据库没有收载的品种，数据库里面查不到的品种（请先自行查询）。 2.说明书格式要求：图片格式、PDF格式(内容是多张图片）、WORD格式（内容是多张图片）。无水印、无红章、清晰，内容完整、正确。 3.核准日期或者修订日期在2005年以后，要求有批准文号。 4.按照指定格式交稿。 5.一个合格的说明书5元一个。 任务二：药智网药品说明书数据库（http://db.yaozh.com/instruct）中已收载品种但日期不是最新 1.要求只有说明书范本而未有具体生产企业的说明书品种（请先自行查询）。 2. 说明书格式要求：图片格式、PDF格式(内容是多张图片）、WORD格式（内容是多张图片）。无水印、无红章、清晰，内容完整、正确。 3.核准日期或者修订日期是2010年以后的,要求有批准文号。 4.按照指定格式交稿 5. 一个合格的说明书3元一个。 交稿方式：文件夹(里面包括图片和目录） 目录的格式请见附件 之前在药智汇发布的说明书征集任务在此任务发布之日起截止，不再以之前的标准来征集。要求格式严格按照要求写，如有不正确我们不接收。 有意向者可直接联系我。 说明书提交方式：以QQ的传文件的形式提交，文件内包括说明书和表格，要求见下面的附件。提交通过审核后在药智汇领取赏金。 具体款项根据实际完成情况而定，如给出20个药智网未收载的说明书实际得100X（1-10%）   [更多]
